Overview
The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) seeks applications from qualified entities to serve as DPI approved Lead Turnaround Partners (LTPs) to offer services and programs designed to assist school districts [local education agencies (LEAs)] with comprehensive whole-school turnaround efforts in Wisconsin's Title I Priority schools.
Institutions of Higher Education (IHE), community-based organizations, not-for-profit, and for-profit entities are eligible to apply provided they have evidence of their demonstrated record of success in supporting academically underperforming schools and districts and can otherwise demonstrate the qualifications required by this application.
